LOSS CONTROL DEPARTMENT
PHILOSOPHY
FSIM’S Loss Control Department provides clients with services offered by a professional and experienced staff. Our commitment is to assist with training techniques designed to help clients identify potential loss sources and develop practical and effective methods to control and reduce work-related incidents and accidents.
Our staff will provide competent TRAINING assistance to:
- Properly identify hazards and safety related deficiencies in the workplace.
- Develop safe work rules and or provide supervisory training assistance to monitor work related accidents.
- Understand the importance and necessity of conducting self-inspections of their operations.
- Provide key management personnel with effective communication techniques
- Provide key management personnel with effective methods to conduct safety meetings.
Our services are designed to assist our clients’ methods, information and techniques how to control, reduce and/or eliminate work-related incidents or accidents.
Our training methods will assist clients to understand and identify fundamental causes of accidents, conduct hazard evaluations, and provide assistance with safety education and guidance to aid them in developing a successful occupational safety and health program tailored to their individual needs.
