FSIM Medical Management
One of FSIM's core services is its unique Medical Management program. FSIM has its own staff of bilingual and bicultural medical personnel led by Medical Director Dr. Demetri Alvero.
FSIM's staff includes full-time case management nurses and medical assistants. The teams provide immediate intake and triage for all injured workers in order to ensure the quickest and most appropriate care.
Through its early report and identification process, FSIM has been able to maximize efficient delivery of medical services while minimizing medical expenses and disability durations.
This level of service has allowed FSIM to lead the way in helping injured workers navigate the workers' compensation systems and get them back to work sooner via modified duty return to work programs.
