FSIM Customer Service
FSIM's service model extends to a personalized customer service department. Customer service representatives have direct contact with each account when they join FSIM so that an account has someone at FSIM to answer any questions the account may have about their workers' compensation insurance. The personal customer service representative also ensures that the account has the necessary information to:
- Properly document injuries;
- Report injuries to FSIM's medical management team;
- Provide information to assist the employer with compliance regarding the medical provider network (MPN);
- Provide information regarding refusal of treatment and necessary forms to document those situations.
