FSIM Sales and Marketing
- FSIM utilizes select retail insurance brokers to sell its products and services to individual businesses within its market. Management recognizes the value of forging close, long term business relationships with its business partners, i. e., insurers, clients and broker-producers.
- FSIM has created a detailed training program to educate broker-producers on how to more effectively sell FSIM's program and services, and how to explain and install its medical management/claim system with their clients.
- Additionally, FSIM personally assists producers in the sales process, and provides loss control and customer service support to its agents and brokers.
